The North Eastern
SAPSASA cricket team
recently played in the cricket carnival in Adelaide.
The team won two games on Monday and Tuesday but then went on to lose the next two games.
All the players enjoyed playing on the turf wickets and the experience of playing in the carnival
The team was made up of players from the following schools: Matt Kuerschner, Nick Dawes, Dylan Foulis, and Riley Blackwell, of Orroroo, Ben Cousins, Will Combe, and Daniel Hayes, of Crystal Brook, Tom Wilsdon, of Georgetown, Tyson Bourke, of St Joseph’s Gladstone, Jordan Edwards, of Gladstone, Hadyn Abbot, of Jamestown, Dylan Redden, of St James’ Jamestown, Sam Mattey, of St Joseph’s Peterborough.
Coach of the junior team was Geoff Young.
