In this game it was top versus bottom and the end result showed a huge gap between the two sides, but Orroroo took it right up to the Tigers for almost the first half of this match.
A tight first term saw both sides kick a couple of goals before Southern Flinders started to gain control in the second term and led by 31 points at half time.
They extended the margin to 42 points by three quarter time, before slamming on 12 goals in a final quarter onslaught to run out a whopping 118 point winners.
Best for Southern Flinders was Mail Medallist Matt Woolford, Daryl Boylan, veteran John McKenna (two goals), Michael Gaunt (six goals), Lucas Chapman (four goals) and coach Scott Brand, Scott Mazzone, Brogan Whitelaw, and Tai Martin-Page each kicked two goals.
Best for the Roos were Josh Clark, Jon Byerlee, Ryan Finn, Scott Kuerschner and Matt Anesbury, Luke Ellery kicked two goals.

Broughton-Mundoora were forced to work hard and had to come from behind to get the two points against a
determined Magpie
outfit in the game played at Victoria Park.
The Pies started strongly and led by 21 points at the first change, but the Eagles fought back to reduce the margin to two
points at the long
break.
The third term was a tight tussle and the Pies led by three points going into the final term.
Jamestown Peterborough kicked the opening goal of the final term.
They kicked five
unanswered goals (including one after the siren) and recorded an impressive 23 point win.
Best for Broughton-Mundoora were
centreman Lee O’Donohue (two goals), Jason Hoffman, Nick Edwards, Daniel Baker kicked two.
Best for the Pies were defender Ash McKay, ruckman Bernie Kelly and midfielders Daniel Schuppan, Ryan Simpson and Bernie McInerney, Darren Woolford kicked four goals and Nick O’Leary bagged two.

In the match of the round reigning premiers Crystal Brook managed to get over the line in a tight contest against the Lions at Wilmington.
The lead see-sawed throughout the day with the Roosters leading by nine points at quarter time, the Lions leading by 13 points at half time, and the Roosters led by 11 points at three quarter time.
In the end Crystal Brook held on to win by nine points in a high standard game of footy. Best for the roosters was ruckman Adam Noonan, Jack Cousins, Joel Millard, Chris Arnold, and Nathan Lambert. Daniel Hill kicked four goals.Steven Merkel, Keagan Brinkley, Leigh Williamson and Josh Gale each kicked 2.
Best for BMW was the very consistent Kendrick McCallum, Matt Keller, Braeden Battersby, Jordan Arthur, Shannon Larwood (two goals), and Andrew Milne (four goals).
