Booleroo Centre Tennis Club held their wind-up presentation day at the weekend.
Life memberships were presented to Merilyn Williams and Rob Mills.
Junior awards were also presented on the presentation day.
Merilyn has enjoyed a life-time involvement with tennis in the Southern Flinders Association.
She retired from the sport last year after 26 years of playing injury free with Booleroo Centre Tennis Club.
Merilyn has played for Wirrabara Forest, Melrose, Murraytown and Booleroo Centre – starting in 1955 at nine-years-old.
Despite her incredible talent on the court, it wasn’t until 2002 after playing tennis for a staggering 47 years that Merilyn finally won her first premiership.
