Eager pageant-goers lined Ayr Street to enjoy the annual Jamestown Christmas Pageant on Sunday evening.
While grey clouds lingered on the day, the parade was spared from any bad weather.
This year’s line-up floats featured a diverse range of themes from various community groups, services and businesses.
The weekend marked the start of festive events in the Mid North, with Port Pirie’s Christmas pageant being held in the city centre on the Saturday evening.
Port Broughton will hold its Christmas pageant this Saturday (December 9) and Peterborough the following Friday (December 15). Crystal Brook this year will hold a street party, also on Friday, December 15.
