About You

As an Assistant Store Manager or Manager-in-Training you will be experienced as a hands on leader and store support, as well as a dedicated and driven salesperson. Alongside your Store Manager and Regional Manager, you will drive and lead a large sales team, maintaining merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses.

Your personality and professionalism will engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets while you excel in operational requirements. Coming from an extensive retail, sales and / or management background you will have a proven history of consistent and reliable performance, and love the challenge of personal development in a fast paced bricks and mortar environment!

• Previous core Retail Management experience ESSENTIAL
