Thee people have been arrested after a traffic stop in Moonta on Friday afternoon.
The driver of the car was a 30-year-old Wallaroo man and he was reported for drug driving, in addition to driving whilst disqualified.
He had his car impounded and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date, but he was not the only arrest made.
Police will allege that at 10.50 am, a car with three occupants was stopped on Crutchett Road and after further inquiries, police were led to search a house on the same road.
A passenger of the car, a 24-year-old Wallaroo man was arrested for two counts of property damage, misuse of a motor vehicle and driving without a licence.
After checks, it was revealed that he was wanted for these offences, he was refused bail and will appear in court on Monday June 11.
The final passenger of the car, a 27-year-old woman from North Beach was arrested for the theft of a microwave oven.
Police located the oven, which will be returned to the owner.
The accused was also issued with a drug diversion notice for possessing methamphetamine and an expiation notice for the possession of cannabis.
