A 46-year-old man from Kadina will face court on Wednesday August 1 charged over the theft of a number of firearms stolen during a break-in at the weekend.
It will be alleged that the man broke into a Kadina residence over the weekend and stole a number of firearms, ammunition, motorcycles and other property.
Following an investigation by detectives from the serious firearms investigation branch and Kadina CIB, the man was arrested on Tuesday July 31.
Police were able to recover the stolen property.
The arrested man was charged with serious criminal trespass, theft and trafficking firearms.
He was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court.
