House fire in Jamestown causes $30,000 in damages

At least $30,000 of damage has been caused to a house on Boucaut Road in Jamestown. 

Two appliances were called to the blaze at around 8.55 am on Thursday morning. 

When Country Fire Services (CFS) arrived at the scene, they found a fire in the back room of the house. 

There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is currently unknown.
